I have ordered magicdeal insulated lunch box on saturday. Recieved a message saying that the product will be delivered by august 26.
Recieved this message...
Undelivered: hi! Your shopclues order[protected] for magideal portable insulated picnic trave.. Has been returned by our courier partner as it could not be delivered to your address. We will initiate the refund within 48 hours. Not receive a call from any courier service to deliver the product.

Did not receive any call. How come u just say that address is not available and u are refunding the amount..

I ordered a 20000 mah Powerbank ofSamsung with digital screen on 15th August.but on 21st August I received a message from you that it has been canceled by you due to your problems.So I placed a fresh order to you.But I received a powerbank which is not matching with my ordered one.Now I want to return it.Please help me.
