ShopClues.com — Didn't get refund and not even received product

Suddenly, Online shopping turned to be horrible experience for me when i purchased a product from shopclue.com .I have ordered headfone from shopclue, i have made a payment for the product, but product has not been delivered to me and i didn't get my refund also. I have contacted shopclue.com team by continuously mailing them and contacted to their customer care, but customer care was such a hard listener, they didn't took any action regarding this issue. It took 20-30 mails and 10-20 calls to customer care to convert my hope of getting refund in to disappointment, everytime their customer care said we will look in to the issue but no action has been taken from them . I was shocked when they updated status of the product to be delivered but i didn't get the product, nt the refund even. Hatts off to the shopclue, you deserve the big applause for cheating a customer and stealing money from the customer.
