I've booked the order "Digital Weighing Scale 150kg" on 08-Oct-2015. But the product is not yet delivered. I have sent many emails for shopclues customer care, But I didn't get any update. Atleast they would have to response my emails. Please take an action & help me to get the refund. I've ordered this product on 9th Oct for some urgent work. Today is 26th Oct, But this product is not yet delivered. Delivery date was keepon increasing automatically when i check on my order status.
I'm really unhappy & bad about shopclues.
I've ordered the same product on other shopping website & it was delivered in 2 days to me.
