However after opening the packet it has been found the clock supplied by you is not as per order it may be Plaza 30 or 25 or some other model as it is not able to confirm the same in web site.. Order placed only for a particular model and not for any other model as per your choice. Changing of model without the consent of the customer is not is fare manner.
