I had made an advance payment on 4th Nov for a vitamin drink for Rs.450. Delivery date was 12th Nov 2014. Shop Clues kept on delaying it. They have also written multiple times that money will be refunded. Howver, it has not happened. As it stands now, I have spent a phone bill at least Rs. 200 chasing these guys for a refund of Rs. 450.
