Hi Sir/Ma'am, I am ubed sufisarmast i ordered gym set combo from shopclues on 13th december my order id[protected] shopclues guys sent wrong item to me and i refused to collect that combo i asked for replacement / refund and i called 5 times to that shopclues customer care they told they will escalate my issue but still they haven't escalated my issue i registered my complaint 28th december but still they are not taking action and i called today now at 7.50 pm (05/01/2016) now they are telling this order has been delivered but i haven't received any product. i have call recording i[censored] want i cant share it to you. please help me out in this issue thank you email id- [protected]@gmail.com order details- FITFLY COMBO HOME GYM SET 28k WEIGHT+5ft CURL ROD+WRIST BAND+ALL GYM ACCESSORIES Code: 84551578 Now i got call from depaak kumar shopclues employee his employee id-21095 he is asking for my debit card detail i refuse to give my card details and his is asking for all details like card number, expiry date and CVV number i am not given the detail if they miss use my card because of that reason i m not given any detail
