[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Duplicate orders complaints on deaf ears of Shopclues | |||
This was the complaint I raised against Shopclues (on their support channel) on 17 December 2014. ticket number 1620647 Shopclues has charged me multiple times for a single order! And now they're not even bothered to respond to this complaint nor are they bothered to return the excess money they charged my card. Its been over 15 days now & I'm still waiting for their FIRST response!!! Rupa ============================================================ Mail to Shopclues: Guys - it's ridiculous how your site functions. On 7 December 2014, I placed my order worth Rs.686/- and the first time it got declined. (Whereas my credit card was charged). So, I tried again with the same credit card this time also my card got charged for Rs.686 (again) And guess what? Instead of rubbishing the "declined" payment/order - you guys are looking at this as 2 different orders!!! My credit card is charged twice - thanks to your faulty site/payment gateway And now, I'm getting duplicate order delivered! Why would I need exactly TWO same orders???? Shouldn't you have "removed"/"Trashed" one of the two exact same orders worth exact same amount of Rs686??? That too, because one of these 2 orders showed "Payment declined / transaction failed" from your side. Please fix this asap. I've also raised this as a flag to my credit card company. Lastly, for God sake - have a telephone support, if you wish to be in business of eCommerce... instead of hiding away from your customers! Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
