Hi, I have purchased everyready gas stove from from shopclues.com but with in a month the glass has been broken while cooking due to heat. I have raised a compliant to eveready cust care and there service center person has came for inspection but not turned back yet though they have told us it will be replaced and get it done very soon. But since last 1 n half month they are not responding, the service center guy is not picking up phone I have personally following up with eveready customers helpline but they are just giving us dates...
