As I ordered my product, it was stating that it will be delivered within their stipulated time. I was waiting for the delivery . Every 2-3 days I started to get information about the product, that it was accepted, it was checked for quality, it was ready to dispatched, it was given to courier and it will be delivered on this date. After this all status I suddenly got a sms that your product has been returned back to the origin, I was shocked with the status . I called to the c. Care of company on getting information from one of the agent they only informed me that your product has been returned to the origin . On asking the proper justification they don't know anything. Even on giving a chance, I asked them to re-shipped my product, they just denied and told me to replace the order . It was one of the most disappointment services given by any e commerce portal. I was very unhappy with the services of shopclues.com .
