Dear Sir, My order no. 46814887 order MI 10400 MAH power bank but they are sending non warranty product but the original product carries 6 months warranty. I have refused the product and registered compalint but there is no use.2703335 ticket number.Daily i am calling them but they are only raising request not refunding the amount. i have also sent number of emails to support desk but there is no progress. My product was raised on April 17, and i refused on 24th april. My mobile No. [protected]. Please help and severe action against the company. My mobile itself is more than 200 rupees. they are playing with me. Please take severe action.
