I had ordered an iPhone 4s case from Shop Clues. The color ordered was black and blue combination and received is green and blue on 16 june 2014. I have lodged a complaint and also sent the pictures of wring peice. Shop clues is not responding to my mails and aslo I am calling since last 4 days every day. The answer received is that we will look in to the matter in 24 hours. I think Mr. Sanjay Sethi's 24 hours are equal to 30 days or so and hence he is giving these instructions to his team for making the customers irritate. One of the worst companies in customer care. One of the worst companies with worst vendor base. Please let me know how can I file a complaint against this company and take my money back.
