We order lionix B-111 High speed portable 5200 mah Powerbank from shopcles order no is[protected] but there is some fault when we try it. Immediately we call for replace the product and customer care commit the replacement in Two days but no one came for pickup. After two days when we call customer care said we need to visit repair center which is such bad experience we feel after her conversation. Why we will suffer for Faulty product. We need compensation for same. Kindly revert on priority.
