[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Faulty product delivered and not replacing | |||
I have brought a "BSNL Penta T-pad IS701C White" from Shopclues.com on 11th October and received it on 19th October 2013. The Tab stopped working the second day. When I have approached the Customer care, they said that the piece is under 1 yr warranty by the company and asked me to go to the service center. I went to the service center and got it repaired a couple of times and again it is not working. It is not even a month since I purchased this product and I couldn't use it for more than 2 hours.
