I have ordered waterproof adhesive wall hooks from shopclues which are of rs. 233. On 6th feb 2020, i received a message from this company that i am selected for a mega prize from shopclues. Then on the same day, i got repeated calls ([protected], [protected]) from a senior executive of shopclues convincing me to accept the prize. I expressed my doubts and asked many questions regarding their selection process and all. The person showed me his office id, adhar card through whatsapp ([protected]). The person who called described what exactly i ordered from shopclues which was more convincing to believe the company people itself called. Then when i agreed they told me to select whether i want to take the car or the same converted amount of money. For taking cash they need to fill a form for which they need only 6500 nothing more. But when i paid that amount they asked me another more 25000 to transfer the amount to the bank as margin money as per rbi rules. When i clearly refused because i can not pay that amount at all they kept on forcing me telling it's my negative mind that i am not trusting and all and on my asking to return the 6500 they said there is no back process. This is how shopclues looting people. And if it is not them then how come customer information is going to fraud people? I want my 6500 back. The money matters to me a lot as i am a struggling student. Please help me. I am attaching all evidence in the form of jpeg. Please help me to get my money back.

Updated by SoumiP I again yesterday got such a message of winning money. How can you not take the responsibility of my losing of 6500 in the name of ShopClues company? Your company can not say sorry and move on if they can not protect their customer's privacy. I am in dire need of that lost money. I urge your company to take responsibility for their callous counterpart and return me my lost money. I already have given all the evidence.
As informed you earlier, we're running no such contest and would request you to ignore these intimations as our concerned team is already investigating the matter.
Soon a stern action will be taken up to put an end to scams like these once and for all.
