I ordered a hw22 named smartwatch, which was at a price of 1330 on ShopClues, cheaper than other websites so I decided to buy from there... But they only sent empty box ... I initiated a return request with the app and provided supporting images but they didn't consider it... I called the customer care phone number but no human talks in that... I waited as they told me that they will resolve the issue latest by 21st June... But again no reply... At last they said they can't do anything, All the money is paid by me in advance (UPI) and they didn't provide any refund...
