I have placed an order on 21 april, 2017 at 12:03 am vide order id [protected]. The order which was placed consisted of 3 items (Bill annexed With the mail). However, i received only 2 items in respect to that. It Would be worthwhile to mention that even the delivery packet mention about The 2 items only. (Images of the delivered box containing the items and Mentioning about the 2 items only is annexed herein as image 1 & image 2). That the abovementioned items were received by me on 24 april, 2017 And i made a complaint of non-delivery of 3rd item on 29 april, 2017. Meanwhile shopclues gave assurance to my client that the product will be Delivered to you soon. However on 8 may, 2017 my client received a mail from your side that your product has delivered on 24 april, 2017 and if any product is missing you should have contacted us within 2 days. Kindly show me the proof of product you have delivered. Do not try befool your customers by retaining their hard earned money and making a fraud with them Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have ordered deo 2+2, but when i opened the box two deos are empty .this is not the way, i always order on shopclues but this time, shopclues disappointed me.
