ShopClues.com — Got a damaged product with damaged packaging too. | |||||
Trying to return the damaged product from the first minute of when I got the mobile with damaged screen and banded back. But the ShopClues app is unable to upload a single photo and without this the app is unable to accept the refund request. I have replyed them on their mail id but they didn't revert back. And now when I am calling them they are saying it's more than 2 days we can't refund. I need help I you can please help. I bought this mobile for my younger sister and now I can't afford it again. My friend it happened to me and you know what I did I reordered the same product but this time COD / Cash on Delivery when the oreder came gave the delivery man some money to open the pack and removed the item and replaced it with bar soap and returned the order asking him to report as "item not collected" now let shop clues have a bath with the soap stinking people that they are
