Name of the company - shopclues product:gym equipment order no.:[protected] date of purchase:8th may 2018 date of delivery:15th may 2018 amount paid - rs.2240/- consumer - i purchase gym equipment from shopclues on 8th may 2018, and they gave him incomplete and cheap quality product (They gave plastic plates instead of rubber). I contact to the company for replacement but they were not giving him any satisfactory response by customer executive (Sapnachauhan, kiran), every time they were giving him excuses, so now hi wants to file a complaint against them. Expected:i want return and refund money i also registered complaint aginst shopclues on national consumer forum complaint no-749348
