I bought a mobile phone which was damaged and not getting on .I requested the company to replace or refund the phone. After calling several times and sending many emails they kept telling to send this and send that they even asked me to get in touch with customers care center in my city .but till now they have not replaced or refunded the mobile phone yet phone.
