ShopClues.com — i am complaining about my undelivered order.

I have placed an order on 30th april 2020. My shopclues.com order id is[protected]. I waited for my order to receive since a month time due to current situation of lockdown because of covid 19. But as the lockdown has open slighltly, i have been informed on 27th may that my order is dispatched. Since then, i have followed up with customer support several times. I received a whatsapp message on 2nd june that the order will be delivered on 5th june although there was no tracking details available. But i didn't receive my parcel on 5th june. Since then i am regularly raising tickets in shopclues support area but there is no response and there is tracking of my parcel till date.

Now, i want to cancel my order and want my refund immediately.
