Dear Support Team, I ordered 2 sarees through ShopClues. Com. Order I'd:[protected]. And total amount I paid 2518/- rupees. I received 1 product that is 1 kurti. That means I received wrong product. So, once my mother received this product. I got to know that is kurti. So I asked my mother to check the details once again that the delivered product is ours or not!! My mother checked and said everything is correct my name and address. But the product is 1 kurti that she received. But we ordered 2 sarees. Then I raise for return, and I applied for return. I received it on 18 March 2021. And since last 2 days ( today is 20 march 2021) my return request is rejected by ShopClues. I do not know why.. ShopClues is saying they delivered packet that is their responsibility. And what is inside the packet that investigation is not there responsibility. That is customers fault why they ordered through a fraud site ShopClues.. That is why I am requesting please look into this matter, investigate proper and please help me for refund.
