[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — I didn't receive any product but they sent me a message that the product is delivered to me

I have made two purchase from shopclues.com
Order id[protected] &[protected].
On the day of scheduled delivery date suddenly I received two sms as well as two WhatsApp notifications saying that the products are successfully delivered to me. But reality is that no delivery person arrived at my house or called me. I have made a complain for the same to shopclues but no response. I think I am cheated..
