I have ordered a new philips trimmer qt4011 from shopclues.com and it was delivered to me but the charger was missing in that trimmer so i requested a return to shopclues.com but they are not accepting the return request and trying to. Fool me and giving silly reasons. To. Me so i request. You to please help me. Out i would like a refund for this order
