I have ordered a Panasonic Trimmer from shopclues.com, Order ID:[protected].
When I open the package, I found out there was no seal on the box of trimmer and I have received another brand trimmer and it's charger. I immediately raised refund request on ShopClues on 30th Jan and later they email me asking for photos of outer-inner packing of product. I have send them and I was expecting a reply from them. But they didn't reply within 48 hours, so I called them and at first their customers care representative said that picture is not clear and I have to resend it. But when I asked why I haven't received any response from your end regarding the same and now when I'm calling you are telling me he told me some technical problems is there, later on he told me not to send more pictures, the one I have sent will do. Also he told me with 48 hours they will decide what to do.
After 2 days still I didn't received any call from their end and now when I check my refund status it's showing rejected, without any reason they rejected it. Now when I mail them that why my refund request is rejected and why I'm not getting informed then a person call saying it has been rejected and If I want to take legal action I can do it.
So here I'm asking for on which ground you reject my refund request and why your service is no delay in notifying.
