I recently purchased a sony bravia tv with 92% offer shown (Given) in shopclues online site.. As they said there is no cod on this product.. So i chose my credit card to purchase the product.. So i completed all the formalities to purchase the product and placed the order on 29th september.. Then i received mails that i got placed and order has been confirmed and will be delivered on 7th to 11th of oct 2016 after 2days i called shopclues customer care and asked for the confirmation and they confirmed the order and said to be delivered as scheduled.. But suddenly today i. E 4th oct 2016 they sent a mail saying order has been cancelled and money will be refunded on oct 24 like dates.. No my question why did shopclues kept that price and gave 92% offer on d product which is good condition. Now why shopclues cancelled the order without intention.. Is this a new way playing with customers feelings? Is this a new way making customers fools.. What ever the reasons you have.. But you should serve the customer as promised.. Now i have to pay intrest for deducted amount from credit card.. And your plan to show funds in your account you give huge offers to customer attract and when they placed order you will get money and show your balance in market then suddenly cancel the customer order and make customers disappoint and fool them finally.. I need shopclues ceo and founder mail id's.
If the action is not taken then i sue on your company and write a mail to your ceo and founder..
I also use social media to convey my issue.
