ShopClues.com — I returned the order but they refunded only partial amount

I purchased the mobile on above mentioned order number. i purchased it for rs.929, i was unsatisfactory with this product and returned it . but they refunded only rs.250 instead of rs.929. So i complaint regarding this to shopclues customer care but they are not responding to my problems. i purchased on[protected]. but still i not get my balance amount . please help on this
