ShopClues.com — i'm complaining about a cardigan which is still not returned

Hi i made a purchase of woolen cardigan dated 17 dec 2016. I ordered for a black one but they sent me maroon colour and quality was not as per descriptions and the payment was prepaid and costed about rs 271.00 i have reminded of them about the return but they are not responding till date so i thought of lodging a complaint and have saved their messages as well as email regarding the refund. My awb no was[protected] and tin no as given on the bill is [protected].
I gave them three reminders but no respond from them.

I am big size towels 12 No's book to cash on delivery. Today is parcel received open and 12 No's napkin towels received. Your company is frowad. I am complaint to grahak munch. And all friends inf. frowad company purchase booking. And all dealing cancelled.
