[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Incomplete order received

Hi,

I ordered a blackberry USB charger + cable on ShopClues.com for Rs. 375. Order Number is 23056995.

But I got only a small cheap USB cable that too in loose condition. No bill was there in parcel.
It was sold by a seller 'KartValue' in Delhi. I talked to seller on their number and got response that they sent complete package including charger unit to shop clues. He asked me to contact shop clues customer care only for this.
In product picture on website it is clearly shown that it includes charger and a cable. In product description also, charger details are given plus it is mentioned that content will include a charger main unit.

Their customer care service is pathetic. Number[protected] given on site is not working and not connecting. I am not able to return product on their website.

I am giving shopclues.com two options :
1. Send me the blackberry USB charger unit immediately without any delay.
2. Refund my Rs. 375 immediately and pick your cheap crap USB cable from my home and be ready for legal action in case you try to deviate from this.
