ShopClues.com — issue with delivery of order no[protected]

I have order one product against order no mentioned in the subject line on 26th aug, on 28th aug i got notification product has been delivered. All the status has been updated as delivered.in fact till date i have not received the product. Last 3 days i am calling customer care every time they say it will be resolved within 24 hours. Nether order status is changing nor i am getting delivery of the product.
