I have ordered Luxury Brown Sofa Cover Set ( Set of 10) on 14th Oct'14 (Order #[protected].Till now the shipment was not done and its showing the shipment returned to the origin.
I bought so many items form Shopclues, but this time I am very much disappointed regarding your service. I didn't receive any call neither form the courier party nor form you regarding my shipment and also I am unable to contact your customer care.
So, either you send me the shipment within 3 days or canceled my order and refund my money which was paid by card.

I ordered an item with order no:24458625 on 24 th october . Item should be deleiverd upto 10 days . Today is 20 th november 2014 it is atmost 25 days more . I tried to connect to the customer care support but no result yet. I already paid money.
