I bought a JBL Flip-3 with one year manufacturing warranty on 10th Sep 2016 but shopclues didnt provide the invoice copy fro the same. 25th Jan 2017 i requested a invoice for this product but they are denied to provide the same as per their policy they provide the invoice within 15 days of delivery. Now the problem is my product is not working and it is under warranty. In this context i request you to please help me on this.
