[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Jiofi Router - wrong / defective product delivery

Dear Sir,

I have ordered a Router model # jiofi4 through cash on delivery basis.

I paid the amount Rs 2428/- during delivery of the product.

But he product is different i.e model # JMR1140(black) and the battery is defective, it is not charging and teh product is not working.

I have requested to return this product and thy have rejected my request.

Please look into the matter to refund my money.
