I have ordered (order No:[protected] for KLV-40R472 Sony LED TV from SHOPCLUES.COM online on 8.12.2014. TV was delivered to me on 4.01.2015. I received the TV after 27 days of my order. Photograph of TV with cover is attached which shows that there is not packing defect or damage due to transport. I requested Sony service center to install the TV (Service ID:[protected]. They came on 09.01.2015 and opened the TV, there was no defect physically (Photo attached). When we switched on the TV, we found that there is a display problem in the TV(Photo attached). On 10.01.2015, I informed to the Shopclues through their website and telephone ([protected]). They agreed me to replace the TV within 48 hours. It was not replaced. I called again on 12.10.2015. Again, they agreed me to replace the TV within 48 hours. It was not replaced. On 14.01.2015, I reminded and the TV was not replaced. 13 days (22.01.2015) are over since I have made complaint about the defect in TV. Totally 43 days are over since I placed the order.
