Dear team, I have ordered 2 products from shopclues.com on 17th sep 2015 and paid money upfront from my credit card. After order is placed I have not received order confirmation for LED bearing order no 68401210, then post complaint they said we will get back to you, but never got satisfactory answer from them. They assured me over phone that last day of delivery would be 29th sep 2015, but when I called before that to asked for shipped details, they never provided and always said we will get back, our seniors will call you in 4 hrs, till today waiting for the call, don't know which clock they use . After that when I called back again on 29th about LED they said we will get back to you and post which they sent me a mail saying that your refund is processed, I want to ask them why they have not confirmed with me that they are initiating a refund. And about second order bearing order no 68401546, they sent me a mail on 29th evening that order is delivered, I was shocked to see that mail as I have not received anything at my home. And when I called them, they said we will get back to you in 48 hours and still no reply.I am going through a mental stress and harassment as they have taken money and just sent a mail that product is delivered and actually not delivered to me. I request you to take appropriate action as I have not received any product for what I have paid and in LED where they have initiated refund that is in credit card and I can not remove cash from there, my money got blocked as in I have to utilize that money to shop only.
