They have dispatched a defective le eco le 2 mobile and on contacting well withing ten days ( third day of receiving item) i was asked to get it repaired from service center if i have repair a new phone costing 14K within three days means they cheating around the customer by giving defective product for new cost of the item my return request was rejected by quoting their policies which is hidden while purchase.
