I received a letter from shopclues.com stating that I won cash prize of 8, 20, 000/- and asked to pay 8, 200/- as TDS which I did and then asked to pay GST amount of 24, 600/- which i denied and asked them to refund my amount they asked to write a letter of cancellation of prize and send it which i did but not received any amount
