Sir, I m jeetendra singh (Mob. [protected]). I got defective product which i brought online from shopclues on 29/05/2016 @ 9828rs. As soon as i got the product i called him at [protected] (Cust. Care no.) as i found it defective. I was requesting him from 29/05/2016 to 1/05/2016 to change the product or return but they did not listen to me.
