Dear sir/madam, My name m sai kumar, i was one of the customer for shopclues, i have ordered 2 basic mobiles on last month and received the material. And on 07/10/2017 i have ordered another basic mobile it has delived on 17/10/2017. Today i got a call from [protected] in the call the person said that, he is from puchase dept of shopclues and my number selected for lucky draw in shopclues for the worth of a car, He asking that you want car or cash, for that you have to come for mumbai, like that he is saying. Hi we had ordered cricket bat on subjected order id but we have received some toy bat for baby, this is highly a cheating and you can collect your item back and refund our money at the earliest
or this issue will be reported to consumer court
