[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Made to accept the RTO in damage state

This mail was written by me on 12 January 2015 to Shopclues who had arranged for RMA even though correct item was shipped.

"Dear Sir/Mam, Order ID: 31384276 Product Description: Usha Heat Convector Room Heater FH812T Wish to inform that customer had ordered the following item and he is now claiming that this is not the item which he ordered. I had supplied the correct item as per the order and the same is being returned. The customer has also attached the pictures of the product. Kindly check as the product is been marked as RTO. Who will be responsible if the product is manhandled and not in proper condition as it is electronic item. I request you not to accept RTO for the above product as I have received the same order and supplied the same and now customer is claiming that he ordered different item.

However, Shopclues arranged for the RTO and I received the product in Damage State. I had warned them not to accept the RTO as I had supplied the order which I had received.

Shopclues is so lame that they did not even repack the order which they took return from the customer. They were so irresponsible that they had managed to send the RTO with the same packing I had done to the customer and because of the same the RTO product got damaged.
And now when I am asking for product payment there is no response from Shopclues.

They had asked to supply the product which I did as per order received in merchant panel, and beyond that even after rejecting the RMA authorisation they made me accept the RTO. Later on 14 Jan 2015, they sent me the following mail "Jan 14 12:20 Dear Merchant, Issue has been wrongly approved by our side. We will reverse the RMA charges kindly keep the product. Regards Manna Roy" and on billing cycle of 14 Feb 2015 they have debited my account for Rs. 2, 921.82/- for no fault of mine.

I shipped the correct product, then I was made to accept the return of product which I had received in Damaged State. On top of that they have debited my account for Rs. 2, 921.82/- including Fulfilment fee. I have written mail more than 6 times and the people are mum on the above issue. Whenever, I send mail they send they will respond in 48 hours, but there is no response.
