I have ordered a sony brevia 55 inch LED tv on 14th of march, which was in stock . The company has charged the money Rs80499 through credit card and confimed me the order. On 17th march I receved a e-mail that due to some unforseen circumstances the delay in processing and gave me option to press the button of " I am willing to accept the delivery by 28thmarch and 30th march". Both button were tried but could not be activated. Next day I enquired about the order from the customer support a lady Miss Richa was talking and wasted my 32 minuted without giving satisfactory reply. I was told that your order has been cancelled for the reason that item is not in stock, I told her the same item is still on your site and still in stocks and at the same price, which checked by her and found there. I told her to transfer my call to your senior, she kept me waiting for 22 minutes but could not get me to talk the senior. I presume that the company is involved in collecting money by such type of practice to use the customer money for 15-20 days and return them without any penulty. Now at this moment also item is shown in stock and the same price but company has cancelled the order without asking my option. Meaning therby the company is involved in malpractice.
