ShopClues.com — Mentally harassment and did not give my refund | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, My self is Deepak kanjlia. I have purchased online power bank in august 2015, from shopclues.com and my order Id is 65941020. Sir when i received my product it is not working and next day i mailed the shopclues for refund/replacement. But they are telling me that you please send us the product at given address and i already send the same. But they people are refused to take my courier. After that shopclues communicate me that please again send the product to our wear house. Again i send the courier and again they refused to take this. Then i clearly told to shopclues that now i m not sending any courier to you and i want my money i.e my product value + twice times courier charges in my bank account. But still i did not recieved my amount. Dear Sir, please take some serious action on the same case because they people are making fool to customers. (Above all the communication done by mails).
