ShopClues.com — Missing Part Small Burner not received

I need the missing part(Burner) of the Gas Stove purchased. And I have communicated with Shopclues to send the Missing Part and every time they told within 48hrs your issue should be resolved. But its been weeks. Shopclues executive told that they'll send the missing part over phone so I decided to install the product. The person who came to install took Rs 500. Later shopclues told that I will have to return the whole product but I had already started using it as per their communication. I haven't got a resolution yet. Please check.
