ShopClues.com — Mobile phone defective company not refunded the amount

I bought a ivoomi iv505 (5" qhd ips, 4g volte, 3000mah battery with flash charge) from shopclues worth rs.3999 /- & i got a deficative mobile. We contact shopclues customer care and return the mobile and return mobile id is 3847114 but till then we don't get refund. Inspite return of the product.
At last we going to decided consumer forum for our refund
