[Resolved] ShopClues.com — money not credited back to me | |||
I, Suvalakhmi Borgohain, ordered for an item - Orient Snow Breeze with order ID no.16830663 on 15th Jul 2014. The price of the product was Rs.6543.Then on 28th Jul 2014, Shopclues changed the said product and confirmed me that it will now deliver me item - Orient Actus with code - 641172 with price Rs.5770. Since Shopclues itself changed the product without any intimation to the customer. So i cancelled the entire order. However, after its cancellation on 28th july, Shopclues credited only Rs.5770 instead of my original amount of Rs.6543.Since I had ordered Orient Breeze 1st and an amount of Rs.6543 was debited from my internet banking account, hence the remaining amount Rs.773 is yet to be refunded back in my account. Its been more than 2months and inspite of repeated calls to the customer care and emails, i havent got any response yet. The customer support is ridiculous and totally incapable of solving customer queries.I need an urgent look into the matter and want the remaing amount to be refunded back in my account.
