I purchased a washing machine from shopclues.com on 12th dec (order number #[protected]. Amount was paid online of Rs. 11336/- by their gateway payu money. At the time of purchase they promised me to deliver it by 20th dec. But when they didn't shipped it till 23rd dec and not even ready to give an update on this I asked refund for same. For that they are again not giving any response. I am pissed off by the way shopclues and their team work. Will NOT AT ALL recommend any one.
