ShopClues.com — my order was not delivered to me

HI my order NO is 24978707, I had purchased 100% Waterproof Mattress Cover - 3 Size Options (QTY:1) on dt 27.10.14 from shopclue.com at amount of Rs 129, And today is 05th of December but I have not received my order till the date. Please help me I already spoke with shopclue customer care & they log my complaint & give me my complaint no 1548497 to me. Please help us to solve that issue as early as possible.
