I had ordered for a nicer dicier chopper in the month of November 14, the item that i received was packed neatly but inside it was damaged, and since then i have been trying for my refund, they have got my order picked up from my place in mid December 14 and i have given my bank details till now .
I have not got my refund.
They don't even think of responding for the problem but try telling that it shall take 6-7 working days for refund, i have got this mail twice from their customer care, there is no follow up done /no back tracking team to help resolve these refund cases.
