Sir, I have ordered HP M1005 Mulftifunction printer on 11/02/2016 at shopclues.com by prepaid NEFT transaction (Order ID[protected], Later, order has been cancelled by shopclues.com due to non serviceability of courier partner of shopclues.com on 18/02/2016 and they initiated the refund of amount Rs. 11499 on the same date. Same happened to me, order was cancelled for the same reason, refund was done on the 18th, expected date to show refund on my account is 23rd...I have not received my refund till date.
