ShopClues.com — No Refund after non-shipment of purchased product | |||
I had placed order to buy Nutrition product on ShopClues.com on 27th April. As per their policy, they didnt ship the product in 48 hours. Order Id[protected]. The product was not available with their merchant and they kept delaying the shipment. After much follow-ups, they finally mention that they will be refunding the amount as they couldnt ship the product. As per their mail and policy, the refund was to reflect in 4-5 working days for Netbanking. This didnt happen either and again i had to call their customer service and they updated that the refund was NOT YET initiated. Shopclues DOES NOT ADHERE TO THEIR POLICIES. I have no hope of receiving my refund now and hence lodging this customer complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
