No one is helping, no one have clear answer about my query. From last 1 moth i am truly fed up by purchasing the product from shop clues. Taken my money and no replacement nor refunded yet. I bought ceiling fan on 14th feb on shoplcues, on 19th i got delivery. On same day i file the return request due to manufacturing fault. They ask me to call product customer care. Then i called in crompton for help then they given label to show shopclues, by that shopclues have to take return back and give replacement, on 1st march to had issued the replacement and and on 6th march the got the return, not today is 13th march and they still are to able to return my product for last 25 days ago. Few days back I ordered Mobile which is completely defective and it is completely dead from the day I got delivered I want refund for this product If I try to contact customer care support they are not picking up the call I'm completely unsatisfied with your worst service
